Measure your wrist with a fabric tape measure or use a string and ruler.
Add approx. 1/2" for a snug fit or 1" for a loose fit.
For reference Bracelets being modeled are size 7"
All bracelets are made with either 0.5mm or 0.7mm stretch cord depending on bead size.
